I thought this was hilarious!! This was a picture of my 3 best friends 10 years ago, we are such dorks and decided to remake our dorkiness (if that's even a word).  I'm thinking we look a lot different, haha......... love you girls! It was a blast hanging out and reminiscing. Best Friends Forever!! haha:)

Vintage Baby Shower

My Best friend from High school is having a baby girl! We are all so excited for her so, me and a few of my other friends namely Kimbo and Sherdogg, decided to through her a shower. It turned out so cute, we wanted to do a vintage baby shower and with the help of my amazingly creative mother it all came together. I keep telling my mom she should be a party planner because everything that she does turns out beautiful.
Here are the tables settings....... I absolutely love the burlap and lace on the tables.

We had a table with the book "Pinkalicious" on it, so all the guests could sign inside the book. Such a fun idea to remember everyone who came. The baby cradle was for the gifts, so cute!!

Our take home gift for all the girls was a bottle of nail polish.

It loved this idea for a sign in front of the house, it was to let the guests know that the Baby Shower was in the backyard. Super easy and super cute!
Love, love, loved this cake! My awesome friend Sher made it, it turned out darling.......
The mommy to be Natalie and Kim
Lauren and her cute little boy

I love all these girls and miss them, we don't get together often enough!

It was amazing because we had adorable vintage bowls for the yogurt and beautiful gold silverware. We also had crystal cups for the water. It was very elegant and added so much to the shower instead of just using paper and plastic ware.
We had lights and lanterns strung up all over my backyard it looked awesome. It really added to the shower since it was outside and at night time.

We added strawberries to the water for color and to add alittle sweetness.

The cute banner was just baby clothes and fabric
For dessert we had frozen yogurt and many yummy toppings
It was such a fun night, I love my friends and am so happy for Natalie and can't wait to meet her little girl!! Thanks girls for all your help and thanks to my mom for bringing it all together!!!

Young Womens

I am in the Young Women's Presidency in my ward and one of our traditions is to kidnap the new Beehive that just turned 12. We wake the up and go have breakfast, the girls love it and it is such a fun way for the girls to get to know the new Beehive.

Aren't my girls just so stinking cute!!!!

Okay so I don't know about other peoples kids, but I do know mine get super bored if cereal......I decided one morning to try German Pancakes. Ashton and Andie LOVED it! All Ashton talks about is my German Pancakes and how god they are. Tj usually gets the vote for his french toast.....but not anymore! I think Tj was alittle bit jealous that my cooking was better than his (sorry babe!) The recipe was super easy and its right here. Get ready for some deliciousness!

HandCart Days Half and Fun

Brooke and I ran the Handcart Days Half this year, I beat my PR and got 1 hour and 56 minutes. Brooke got under 2 hours as well, she wasn't feeling good so we ran together up until the last 2 miles. I was so proud of her for finishing, she is a tank!!!

After the race Tj, the kids and I stayed in the park to enjoy some of the fun activities. This pig race was Andie's favorite, look at her face such concentration! She was making sure that Ashton's wasn't going to pass her pig.
Andies pig did win and she got to pick a cool prize!
 Just having some fun!

Andie hated this ride, she got a little nervous and started to cry a bit. I felt bad for her look how tight she was holding on the Ashtons shirt.
